so I been inspired by egbie topic and Bruno post in there xD we all coming from so many different countries ^^ so lets share here our nation dishes
one of Israel tradition dishes is Hummus that made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. sounds weird but actually tasty

Well as I posted on Egbie post... Portugal's traditional dish is called "Portuguese Stew" and It consists of various sausages, meats, vegetables (mainly potato and cabbage) and it looks like this:
