As I'm sitting there my iPad is on 'Gloomy Cafe', playing relaxing sounds that make you feel like you're in a ballroom-sized chamber. The illusion breaks, I'm in a small bathroom.
As I get amazed that the size of the room changed in my mind, my feelings stay. The atmosphere feels the same, and I sink back into the tub.
For a good half hour I felt completely isolated from the world and everything. If you haven't yet, try stepping into a bath after you put in some bath foam. Finish it off by putting on a relaxing radio station. No extra attributes, no phones, no mags. Just you and the bath. It really freshes you up.

Just by reading this I already feel relaxed! XD
